Tiffany Crenshaw is President & CEO of Intellect Resources,  an award-winning, WBE-certified healthcare and healthcare IT recruiting and talent advisory firm. For over two decades, Intellect Resources has placed thousands of high-quality, full-time hires, staff augmentation consultants, and strategic advisors into healthcare organizations across the country, including health systems, payers, software vendors, healthcare management entities, international consulting firms, and more.  Prior to founding Intellect Resources in 1998, Tiffany was a sales rep in the healthcare market and a recruiter.  Tiffany is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where she received a Bachelor's degree in Journalism and Mass Communication.  She and her husband Scott are proud parents to Derby and Foster and Tiffany knows firsthand the challenges and triumphs involved in transitioning children from education to employment.

Allison Grace is President & CEO of Instant HR Solutions, a human resources consulting firm specializing in interim and fractional HR support to various organizations. A former Chief Human Resources Officer, Allison has led global HR functions at Discovery Education and EIG Global Energy Partners. She brings deep expertise across all facets of HR—including talent acquisition and leadership development—spanning industries such as private equity, energy, edtech, legal tech, and professional services.  Allison also serves as a Board Director for GoChallenge, an employee wellness and engagement platform. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Binghamton University and multiple certifications in HR, benefits, and compensation.  Allison was recognized as a Top 50 HR Professional by OnConferences in 2022.  Allison has hands-on experience working with her nieces and nephews and her friend's kids as they navigate the transition from college to the workforce.
